Sync downloaded csv time to portal settings

When I download a csv off the Phishing Analytics page it defaults to GMT, which causes confusion when reviewing timestamps. Would it be possible to either add a disclaimer to the download button or have the timestamps sync to the portal time zone that's configured in settings?
