Add Option to Watch Training Videos Again

We have multiple clients that have asked to watch training videos again, but the only option is to download a certificate.
As an admin, I can reset the training on a per user, per video basis, but that is not realistic, plus there is no reason to reset it if they already passed it. The user may just want to watch it again.
